Guangdong Honggang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of hydraulic cutting press and auto-thermoforming machines since 2003.

Honggang Company integrates development, production, trading, and service. During the past 23 years of exporting, we have won repeat orders of customers from over 100 countries, and resellers in Europe, France, the UK, Poland, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam etc. Thanks to years of production experience and quality pursuit, we also win the superior brand reputation of "Honggang" in the market for quality and service.

Our Factory

Guangdong Honggang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer in hydraulic cutting press and thermoforming machine since 2003.

In 2011 , Honggang started to make the forming stations and cutting stations for 3 stations thermoforming machines. In 2015 Honggang Merged with Dongxing Vacuum forming machine factory which has been with experience forming machine for more than 25 years, then started our own brand of 3 stations or 4 stations thermoforming machines. Now, Honggang covers 25000 sqm for manufacturing 3 or 4 stations thermoforming machines.

Honggang company integrates development, production, trading, service together, hydraulic cutting machine widely used in foam, plastic packages, leather goods, automotive,3M material, sponge etc. We design different automatic systems for in-feeding and picking up, such as belt-clip feeding type for multi-layer auto working, cut on belt systems for thin roll materials, continous feeding sheet for cleaning sponge, robot arm for plastic packages, removing tool for EPE foam.

For thermoforming, Honggang is the original manufacturer of the stations with experience more than 14 years, we have our own design team, R&D team, and production team, and we are improving the performance of forming and cutting and punching stations every year. The German Hetronik heating control system allows each heater to be controlled individually, improving temperature control accuracy and saving more than 20% of electricity.

Unit 2025,Honggang covers 50% markets for the plastic packaging industries in China, and exports to Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, Asia... Widely used in electronic plastic packaging, food packaging, daily necessities plastic packaging container...
