Feature
3M Thinsulate insulation sealing cutting machine is controlled by PLC, the touching screen can adjust working pressure, cutting depth, more efficiency.
Automatic roller belt feeding, movable clamp, unwinding holder, rewinding holder, realizes full automation of feeding, cutting, and recycling waste.
It can be used for die-cutting without heat as well.
Auto-balance structure of double-cylinder, four-column, and sett-balance connecting rod make sure equal pressure in any working area.
With safety devices, work is safer.
Cutting plate (stainless steel) at the machine bed:
i. Hardness: at least HRC45o
ii. Must be anti-rust
iii. Thickness: at least 6mm
iv. Changeable when the condition of steel plate has become improper.
The Machine shall be able to cut the below materials:
i. Foam products (i.e. CR sponge, EPDM foam, PE foam, PU foam).
ii. Felt.
iii. Non-woven fabric.
iv. Single-sided tape (i.e. OPP tape, polyester tape, PVC tape, paper masking tape, protective tape).
v. Double-sided tape (i.e. DS foam tape, DS tissue tape, DS polyester tape, adhesive transfer tape).
