Why does the hydraulic cutting machine crush the die?

1.The stroke setting device is stuck:

The stroke setting device is used to set and adjust the height of the die. Under normal circumstances: the setting striker and the workbench move up and down when it touches the travel switch; when the setting device is stuck, it will slide down with the workbench. The travel switch cannot be touched either, so the circuit has been energizing the lowering valve, and the cutting machine will be pressed continuously until the thermal relay starts to protect the power off.

2. The travel switch is damaged or the circuit is broken:

Under normal circumstances, the travel switch is used for detection, that is, after the bumper hits the travel switch, the timer starts timing and the time rises. If the travel switch is damaged or the circuit is broken, the set bump position cannot be detected, and the circuit will continue to energize the lowering valve, causing the cutting machine to lose control.

3. The solenoid valve is stuck:

The solenoid valve is an actuating element. It works when it is energized and resets when it is powered off. When the solenoid valve is stuck with a foreign object, it cannot be reset after power off; it will perform the action even if it is not powered. The cutting machine is pressed down in place, although the circuit loses power, the solenoid valve itself will perform the pressing action, so the cutting machine is out of control.

4. The relay contacts are together:

The relay is the power supply element of the cutting machine. When the relay is activated, it will power on the solenoid valve that needs to be activated. After the action is completed, the contact will be disconnected to cut off the power; in actual use, the relay should be turned on and off for a long time, which will generate a lot of heat. The relay contacts are glued together, making it impossible to cut off the action power supply. When the cutting machine presses the relay contacts together, it causes the cutting machine to press out of control.
