1. First turn the cutting depth controller to the left to zero.
2. Turn on the power switch, press the oil pump start button, and run it for two minutes to see if the motor rotates clockwise.
3. Lay the pull plate, rubber plate, and die in the middle of the workbench in order.
4. Die setting:
a. Loosen the tool handle.
b. Set the switch to the right and the upper platen will automatically descend until it stops.
c. Pull up and pull the handle to the lowest position to lock.
d. Turn the setting switch to the left and the upper platen will automatically rise.
e. Press the green work button at the same time to perform trial cutting, and the punching depth is controlled by fine adjustment.
f. Fine-tuning: Turn the fine-tuning button to decrease the left-hand rotation and the right-hand rotation. (The fine-tuning is only done under the circumstance)
g. Rising height adjustment: Rotating the rising height controller, the right-handed stroke increases, and the left-handed stroke decreases. In normal production, the upper platen is suitable from the top of the die.
