The working principle of Honggang hydraulic cutting machine is the device that transmits pressure through hydraulic oil. A complete cutting machine hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely the power element, the actuator, the control element, the auxiliary element and the hydraulic fluid. Due to its large transmission force and easy transmission and configuration, hydraulic pressure is widely used in industrial and civil industries. The actuators and hydraulic motors of the Honggang hydraulic system function to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy to obtain the required linear reciprocating or rotary motion.


      Honggang hydraulic cutting machine hydraulic components can be divided into three categories of power components and control components and actuators. Although they are all hydraulic components, their own functions and technical requirements for installation and use are not the same.


      Honggang hydraulic cutting machine power components: gear pump, vane pump, plunger pump, screw pump (power components refer to various hydraulic pumps).

Hydraulic motor: gear type hydraulic motor, blade hydraulic motor, plunger hydraulic motor;

Cutting machine control components: directional control valve, check valve, reversing valve;

Pressure control valve: relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc.;

Flow control valve: throttle valve, speed control valve, diverter valve;


Auxiliary components: accumulators, filters, coolers, heaters, tubing, pipe joints, fuel tanks, pressure gauges, flow meters, seals, etc.; piston cylinders are used more in hydraulic transmissions. Mainly by alternately conveying hydraulic oil to both sides of the piston in the cylinder, the reciprocating motion of the piston is realized by the pressure difference of the hydraulic oil on both sides of the piston.

      If you want to speed up the forward speed of the piston, the oil return in the cylinder can be directly inputted into the oil inlet pipe through the control of the valve, and participate in pushing the piston to realize the rapid movement of the piston, but the thrust of the piston is reduced a lot.
