Note: the cutting depth can not be less than 0.3 seconds, otherwise there will be no force on the left side, if the time is less than 0.2 seconds, the pressure plate will not rise. If the pressure on the left side of the thick material is not as high as the pressure on the right side, you can adjust the time a little.
Deep stroke switch: When you press down, you will touch the set depth handwheel, the power will be disconnected, otherwise it will be pressed down.
Press the linkage cutting button: the left and right switches must be pressed at the same time, the upper pressing plate can be used for cutting. When the upper pressing plate is pressed, the two hands must leave the button. After the cutting is completed, the upper pressing plate automatically rises. If the two hands are held down, the continuous operation appears. Cutting action.
Back elevation: The longer the transfer time, the higher the recovery, and the slower. The most suitable height is that the distance between the die and the upper platen is 10 mm. Note: Set the depth handwheel to be higher than the wheel of the deep stroke day, otherwise press the cut button and it will not work properly.
Height limit switch: Generally, no transfer is required. If the height is raised to the top, the stroke switch handle can be lowered.
Counter switch: Turn the switch to the right to turn the counter on.
Counter: When the counter is punched once, the corresponding number will be displayed, and the number of words can be used to see the amount of work.
Emergency brake: Press the button to stop the pressing action immediately, and when the button is released, it will automatically rise. (The function is to protect the upper pressure plate from being pressed or pressed enough, the upper pressure plate can not rise normally, or it can be automatically lifted when pressed and then released).
Emergency stop: When the button is pressed, the motor stops running immediately and the system stops working.
