The pearl cotton cutting machine is noisy:
1. The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is insufficient. If the oil pump sucks in the air or the oil filter is blocked by dirt, the oil pump will be short of oil, causing air bubbles in the oil to leak and hit the blade to generate noise. The solution is to check the oil quantity, prevent the air from being sucked in and clean. filter.
2. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is high, increasing the flow resistance, and it is necessary to replace the suitable hydraulic oil.
3. Due to damage to the bearings or blades of the oil pump or motor, the concentricity deviation of the coupling causes noise, and the concentricity must be adjusted to replace the parts.
4. The directional valve reaction is not good but the function is still there. For example, the valve core wears, the internal leakage, the burr is blocked, the movement is not flexible, and the solenoid valve fails due to the current failure. The solution is to clean the valve core or replace it with new ones. The current must be stable and sufficient.
5. Damage to the hydraulic components or blockage of the oil pipelines, causing noise when the hydraulic oil flows at high speed.
6. The mechanical part is faulty, the parts are not lubricated, and the parts are loose. The reason should be found to tighten or replace them.
The EPE cutting machine does not reset after the down/down:
1. There is a problem with the cutting switch, check or replace it.
2. Insufficient oil in the fuel tank or leakage of the oil pipe, refuel or tighten the oil pipe joint.
3. The solenoid valve cannot be reset, repaired or replaced.
4. The relay is in poor contact, the main oil circuit cannot be switched, and the line is checked.
The pearl cotton cutting machine has insufficient cutting pressure:
1. The oil pump is damaged or the oil inlet is blocked, and the cylinder is leaked. Exclude according to the situation after inspection.
2. The micro switch is too slow or faulty to adjust to make it touch or replace it when it is about 10MM before the cutting point.
3. Solenoid valve failure, check the solenoid valve spindle.
4. The circulating oil of the fuel tank is insufficient, and the circulating oil is added to make the oil surface exceed the oil filter net.
