1. Check the water filter regularly;

2. If the machine is dusty, use it to dry the compressed air and carefully blow the machine clean, but the main power supply must be turned off;


Fault: Always turn off the main power supply before checking, because there are several thousand volts to tens of thousands of volts inside the machine.


Phenomenon 1: Common red light (overload light)


the reason:

A) damage to the lower mold insulation;

B) The work object, the vibrating cylinder or the upper and lower molds have dirt, dust and water to be cleaned;

C) the upper and lower molds are in poor horizontal position;

D) The upper and lower molds have no insulation and directly touch together;
