First, the solenoid valve leaks:
The leakage of the solenoid valve can not lock the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil is slowly lost from the pipeline, and the upper workbench naturally declines due to its own weight. The failure of the solenoid valve leaks after the general replacement of the solenoid valve disappears.
Second, the cylinder seal ring is damaged:
The damage of the cylinder seal ring is difficult to judge. The common method is to eliminate the other problems and then decline, and then consider the leakage of the cylinder seal ring; however, the small series also gives the specific troubleshooting method, this method is more accurate; on the workbench Two pieces of wood (equivalent height), unplug the solenoid valve connector (you can also unplug the relay in the power distribution cabinet), lower the valve core to let the workbench fall on the wood, and then remove the tubing in the lower chamber of the cylinder Then, with the pressure of the lowering valve, see if there is any hydraulic oil outflow in the lower chamber of the cylinder. If the cylinder is not proved to be in good condition, if there is oil flowing out, it proves that the cylinder seal is damaged (of course, you have to have a certain machine repair basis to get this).
Third, there is a leak at the tubing or joint:
There is a good inspection of the leak at the tubing or joint. Open the shield around the machine and pressurize to see if each tubing and each joint leaks oil.
