Fault analysis and troubleshooting methods:
Q1. The die setting switch hits the horizontal position to lock the oil circuit.
-->Put the knife mold high setting switch to the straight direction
Q2, motor steering error
-->Change the two phase pairs of the motor
Q3, the working switch is in poor contact with the wire head falling off
-->Check the line to connect the line
Q4, the solenoid valve coil burned
-->replace the coil or the entire solenoid valve
Q5, the solenoid valve spool is stuck
-->cleaning the spool
Q6, stroke adjustment handle loose
-->reset the die
