Travel switch: When the upper pressure plate is lowered and the switch is touched, the hydraulic system is differentially terminated.
Adjusting sleeve: When the upper pressure plate falls to the stroke switch 1, it is the low point of the upper pressure plate, and the cutting starts to pressurize until it reaches the set time.
Return setting: adjust the return height. The longer the time adjustment, the higher the upper platen rises, and the shorter the lower the lower.
Pressure adjustment: If the cutting depth is not enough or too deep, please adjust the timer. The longer the adjustment time, the higher the pressure and the deeper the cutting. The shorter the pressure, the smaller the pressure.
Power indicator: When the light is on, it indicates that the power is on.
Counter: The cutting action is performed once, and the value displayed by the counter is incremented by 1, so that the number of cutting operations can be seen.
Manual button: Press this button with both hands to cut the action (single press is invalid).
Emergency stop button: In any case, press this button, the upper pressure plate will stop falling and rise.
Motor stop button: Press this button to stop the motor and the oil pump stops the oil supply.
Motor start button: Press this button to run the motor.
Cylinder: Raises or lowers the upper platen.
Roller: The cutting board placed on the top can be easily pushed back and forth.
Oil pump: The oil pressure of the fuel tank is sent to the cylinder.
Relief valve: Set the safety oil pressure at the time of cutting. When the cutting pressure exceeds the set value, the valve will overflow and protect the oil pump. The set value has been adjusted before leaving the factory (users are not allowed to adjust it at will).
Solenoid valve: Controls the upper platen to rise and fall.
Solenoid valve: control the differential circuit to increase the speed of the pressure plate.
